RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However if you are not  completely satisfied with your item you may return it for a refund. 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. 

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at help@planetofgiants.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and the return address. Please pack the item securely and don't forget to include the RMA in the parcel.

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked service to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least five days from receipt to process and issue your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Please note only the item will be refunded, not any initial shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be refunded:
